Job description

As a senior carer it is your responsibility to deliver a high standard of care throughout your shift and be the first point of call from junior colleagues. As the most senior member of staff available it is essential to be able to calmly and effectively deal with a range of day to day matters and in exceptional circumstances emergencies. You will there to monitor both residents and staff.To ensure a high level of care for residents as though they are your own family, caring for their Physical, Psychological and Social needs. Assisting residents with personal care activities such as personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals. We would love to hear from you if you have previously worked as a Care Assistant, Care Giver, Home care Worker or Community Support Worker. You will lead, develop and co-ordinate a team of care workers to provide the highest standards of respect and care. Overall ensuring the dignity of the clients is maintained at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications :

Previous care work history

Good written and spoken English

Level 2 diploma in Health and Social Care

Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or working toward Level 3

1- 2+ years experience in care setting


Good team leader

Good communication skills





Report to- registered manager
